I've now been to Smashburger five times, because I love it. I've had their side salad, which is pretty good. I've had their barbecue bacon burger with the haystack onions right on the fucking burger, which is why I ordered a side salad, and that was fabulous. I made my own burger with blue cheese, which was pretty good. And I had the mushroom swiss burger, which I really liked, but if you get it, get all the raw veg (lettuce, tomato, onion) on it, because it really benefits from the freshness lift.
I have, at this point, essentially exhausted the premade burger combinations. Oh, wait, I -had-, except that they've recently added a Baja burger with guacamole, pepper jack cheese, and chipotle mayo that I need to go back for at some point before I die.
