Aha!
I spy a title tag. I approve of this alteration.
Oof
It is indeed rife for mocking. And also terribly, madly, wildly hilarious. Er, and inappropriate...

I have my grandmother's copy
I have my grandmother's copy of Madame Chiang's Chinese Cookbook 1941. The cover is the same except there's no advertisement on mine, just "25 cents". Do you have any idea of its value? I would like to donate it to a museum of some sort. Suggestions and information would be most welcomed.
Thank you.
Museums and libraries
I'm sure that there are plenty of historical societies and libraries in California dealing with the Chinese experience in America, and you could also look at the Minnesota Historical Society or the U of MN libraries, since the publisher was in Minnesota. Other university library systems might also have collections that could use it.
